How long is the warranty on my products?

We offer a 5-year warranty on our entire product range.

How long does it take for you to deliver the products?

All our orders, dispatched from Mullsjö, Sweden, are delivered across Europe within 5 working days.

What are my shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the volume of the order. The final shipping cost will be present in the checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping from 5 pallets or more.

Do you deliver through the DACH countries?

Yes we do but through our affiliate in Germany, Stemo DE. To place orders within the DACH countries, please use this link: Stemo DE

Which payments method can I use?

You can pay with VISA or Maestro Card. We also offer the alternative option - pro forma invoice.

Can I change an order already placed?
